Yes, you can apply for a maintenance loan when you apply for your tuition fee loan.

If you want a full maintenance loan then you will need to provide your household income.  More information can be found on the Student Finance website: https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-student-finance/household-income

If you are an EU student and have got Settled Status, then you can apply for a maintenance loan.

If you are an EU student and have got Pre-Settled Status then you will not be able to apply for a maintenance loan.
